You may submit a return request for your baking tools within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our support team prior to returning any items so we can evaluate your request, confirm eligibility, and provide return instructions.

Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly dispatched, all returned baking molds and accessories must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition. Returned packages must include all original packaging, components, manuals, and accessories, along with a valid proof of purchase.

Certain products cannot be returned due to food safety, hygiene, or customization reasons. Non-returnable merchandise includes customized baking molds, opened food-contact tools, gift cards, clearance items, and products specified as non-returnable. Any non-returnable designations will be stated on the product page or during the return review process.

Please examine your baking supplies immediately upon receipt. If your package arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or with incorrect items, contact us right away. Provide your order number along with clear photos of the products, packaging, and shipping label to help us evaluate the issue and deliver an appropriate solution.

Return shipping fees for preference-based reasons—such as changing your mind or choosing an incorrect mold size—are the responsibility of the customer. If we confirm that the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly dispatched by our team, we will cover the return costs or provide a direct remedy. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Once your returned baking merchandise is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Total refund arrival times depend on your financial institution or payment provider. Deductions may apply if items show signs of use, damage, or missing components.

We do not offer direct exchanges due to inventory fluctuations. The quickest way to secure a replacement baking mold is to submit a return for your original item and place a separate order on bakeorat.com.

If you need to cancel a purchase, please reach out to us immediately after placing your order. Cancellations cannot be guaranteed once order processing, fulfillment, or packaging has commenced.
